1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

2. Description of Service
arabiclp.com provides an artificial intelligence (AI) powered software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to assist businesses, marketers, and individuals in creating digital marketing assets. The Service allows users to upload their own product images, input descriptive text, and utilize advanced third-party AI models to automatically generate product landing page layouts, promotional ad copies, and edited product imagery.
The Service operates on a prepaid, digital credit system (referred to as "coins" or "credits"), which are consumed upon each successful generation request made through the platform.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, update, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any specific features or AI models within the Service) at any time, with or without notice. You agree that arabiclp.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, temporary downtime, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the platform, and the operation of the website may be occasionally subject to maintenance, API outages, or other factors outside of our control.
3. User Accounts & Security
To access and use the core features of arabiclp.com, including purchasing digital credits and generating AI content, you may be required to register for an account. By registering, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form, and to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account, password, or any other breach of security.
arabiclp.com will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized consumption of your digital coins arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we suspect that the information you provided is untrue, inaccurate, or if we detect suspicious activity, account sharing, or automated scraping originating from your account.
4. Merchant of Record & Payment Terms
4.1. Paddle as the Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. By purchasing digital credits ("coins") on arabiclp.com, you acknowledge and agree that your payment is processed securely by Paddle, and your transaction is subject to Paddle’s own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. All customer service inquiries relating to billing, payments, or refunds are handled in conjunction with Paddle.4.2. Billing, Taxes, and Authorization
Prices for our digital credit packages are displayed on the Service. By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize Paddle to charge the applicable fees, including any applicable taxes (such as VAT or Sales Tax, which are calculated by Paddle based on your geographic location), to your selected payment method.You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if payment has already been requested or received by our Merchant of Record. If a payment is declined, disputed, or reversed (chargeback), we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account and revoke any associated digital credits without notice.
5. Digital Credits/Coins System
5.1. Purchasing and Consumption
The Service utilizes a prepaid digital credit system. Users may purchase packages of digital "coins" or "credits" which are deposited into their account balance. These coins are consumed as computational tokens to initiate and complete artificial intelligence generation requests on the platform. The number of coins required for a specific task will be displayed or otherwise communicated within the Service prior to generation. Once a generation request is initiated, the corresponding coins are immediately deducted from your balance. Because the underlying AI processing incurs real-time computing costs, coins consumed for completed or partially completed generations are strictly non-refundable, regardless of your subjective satisfaction with the final generated output.5.2. Coin Expiration and Non-Transferability
Digital coins purchased on arabiclp.com hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash under any circumstances. Coins are tied exclusively to the account from which they were purchased and are strictly non-transferable between users, external wallets, or different accounts. We reserve the right to expire and remove unused coins from your balance if your account remains completely inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Additionally, all remaining coins are immediately and permanently forfeited upon the termination, suspension, or deletion of your account for any reason.6. User-Uploaded Content & Licensing
6.1. User Representations & Warranties
The Service allows you to upload, submit, and process digital images, product photos, and descriptive text (collectively, "User Content"). You retain all of your ownership rights in your User Content. However, by uploading User Content to arabiclp.com, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize arabiclp.com to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights in and to any and all User Content. You agree that you will not upload any material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret, or otherwise subject to third-party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have explicit permission from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant the Service all of the license rights granted herein. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of uploading or processing it via the Service.6.2. License Granted to arabiclp.com
By submitting User Content to arabiclp.com, you hereby grant us (and our third-party AI infrastructure providers) a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and process the User Content solely in connection with the operation of the Service. This includes transmitting your User Content securely to third-party artificial intelligence APIs strictly for the purpose of generating your requested marketing assets, landing pages, or ad copies. We claim no ownership over your original User Content, and this license terminates when you delete your User Content or your account, except to the extent that your User Content has already been processed or integrated into generated outputs.7. Artificial Intelligence & Generated Outputs
7.1. Reliance on Third-Party AI APIs
Our Service utilizes complex, third-party artificial intelligence models and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to analyze your product images and generate marketing assets, text, and layouts. You acknowledge that the availability, performance, and output quality of these underlying AI models are outside of our direct control. We are not responsible for any delays, generation failures, or API outages caused by our third-party AI infrastructure providers, and such events do not entitle you to a refund of consumed digital credits.7.2. Ownership Rights of Generated Marketing Assets
Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms and your successful payment of the required digital coins, arabiclp.com grants you a worldwide, commercial, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the landing page layouts, ad copies, and edited product imagery (collectively, the "Output") generated by your account. However, due to the evolving nature of artificial intelligence and intellectual property law, we make no representations or warranties that the Output is fully copyrightable or completely free from third-party claims. You are solely responsible for reviewing the Output before using it in live marketing campaigns or on public domains.7.3. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Performance
Due to the probabilistic nature of machine learning, the Service may occasionally produce Output that is inaccurate, nonsensical, or poorly suited to your specific product or brand voice. arabiclp.com does not guarantee that the generated ad copies, marketing hooks, or visual layouts will result in increased sales, conversions, or user engagement. You agree that you are utilizing the Service strictly as an assistive tool, and you assume all risks associated with publishing or spending advertising budgets on the AI-generated Output.8. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
8.1. Prohibited Activities & Illegal Content
You agree not to use arabiclp.com or its AI generation features for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. By using the Service, you strictly agree that you will not upload images or input prompts that:* Promote violence, terrorism, or illegal acts.
* Contain sexually explicit material, pornography, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
* Generate misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive marketing materials (such as fake medical claims or financial scams).
* Harass, bully, defame, or discriminate against any individual or group.
* Infringe upon the intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights of any third party.
We reserve the right to proactively monitor, review, and utilize automated systems to scan User Content and generated Output for violations of this Acceptable Use Policy.
8.2. API Abuse & Scraping
The infrastructure powering arabiclp.com is designed for human-driven, manual marketing creation. You agree that you will not:* Attempt to bypass, exploit, or manipulate the digital coin billing system to generate content without proper payment.
* Use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract data, generated images, or landing page code from the Service.
* Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the website or its underlying AI integration.
* Overload our servers with an unreasonable volume of requests that degrade the performance of the Service for other users.
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, and the forfeiture of all remaining digital coins, without prior notice or refund.
9. Intellectual Property Rights (Platform & Software)
Excluding the specific User Content you upload and the final AI-generated Output provided to your account, the Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality—including but not limited to all source code, software, algorithms, backend architecture, user interface design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks—are owned entirely by arabiclp.com, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any right to:
* Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the core material on our website.
* Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from this site.
* Access the Service in order to build a similar or competitive product or service.
Any use of the Service not expressly permitted by these Terms is a breach of these Terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. If you print, copy, modify, download, or otherwise use or provide any other person with access to any part of the Service in breach of the Terms, your right to use the Service will stop immediately, and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, disable, or permanently terminate your account and your access to the Service, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.
Common reasons for immediate account termination include, but are not limited to:
* Violations of these Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
* Suspected fraudulent payment activity, chargebacks, or disputes filed through Paddle.
* Attempts to exploit, hack, or artificially manipulate the digital coin balance or the underlying API infrastructure.
* Extended periods of account inactivity.
Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You acknowledge and agree that upon termination, any remaining digital credits or "coins" in your account balance will be immediately and permanently forfeited, and you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation for these unused credits. Furthermore, we reserve the right to delete any User Content, generated Output, or account data associated with your profile, and we bear no liability to you or any third party for the loss of such data following termination.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL AI-GENERATED TEXT, IMAGES, AND LANDING PAGE CODE, IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARABICLP.COM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF THE AI-GENERATED OUTPUT, THE PLATFORM'S CONTENT, OR THE CONTENT OF ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO THIS SITE. WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (1) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT AND MATERIALS, (2) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICE, OR (3) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL ARABICLP.COM, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR THIRD-PARTY API PROVIDERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US (VIA OUR MERCHANT OF RECORD, PADDLE) FOR DIGITAL COINS DURING THE THREE (3) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING. CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
12.1. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and your use of arabiclp.com are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law principles.12.2. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms of Service (each a "Dispute" and collectively, the "Disputes") brought by either you or us, you agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating any formal legal action.If informal negotiation fails, arabiclp.com and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts located in Morocco shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms. You hereby waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such courts.
12.3. Exceptions for Payment Processing
Please note that because Paddle.com acts as our Merchant of Record, any direct disputes, chargebacks, or claims specifically relating to the processing of payments, taxation, or the initial purchase of digital coins may be governed by the jurisdiction and dispute resolution policies set forth in Paddle's own Terms and Conditions.13. Changes to the Terms of Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each minor change.
For material changes—specifically those that significantly alter your rights, our digital coin billing system, or our AI generation and data handling policies—we will use reasonable efforts to notify you via the email address associated with your account or through a prominent notice on the arabiclp.com platform prior to the change becoming effective.
It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Service to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms of Service by your continued use of the Service after the date such revised Terms are posted. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
