1. General Refund Policy & Digital Goods

Because our Service offers digital, consumable credits ("coins") that dictate server and API usage, our refund policy is strictly structured to account for the unrecoverable costs of AI generation.

1.1. Consumable Digital Goods

When you make a purchase on our platform through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, you are purchasing digital coins. These coins are immediately credited to your account balance. Because the generation of landing pages, ad copies, and edited images requires us to pay non-refundable fees to third-party AI infrastructure providers, we generally do not offer refunds for coins that have already been consumed.

1.2. The 14-Day "Unused" Guarantee

To comply with consumer protection laws in various jurisdictions (including the EU and UK), we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee strictly on completely unused digital coin purchases. If you purchase a coin package and decide within 14 days of the transaction date that you do not want to use our Service, you are eligible for a full refund, provided that your coin balance remains exactly as it was at the time of purchase. Once a single coin from a purchased package has been used to generate an output, the entire package becomes non-refundable.

2. Exceptions & AI Output Quality

2.1. Subjective Nature of AI Generation

Because artificial intelligence models are probabilistic, the quality, accuracy, and creative direction of the generated Output can vary based on your inputs. We do not offer cash refunds or credit reinstatements simply because you are dissatisfied with the aesthetic choices, structure, or textual style of the generated landing pages or ad copies. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review and manually edit the generated marketing assets—including any stylized product imagery or translated text—before utilizing them in your live campaigns.

2.2. Technical Failures & Buggy Outputs

While we do not refund fiat currency for subjective dissatisfaction, we do stand by the technical functionality of our Service. If a severe technical error on our platform or an outage from our third-party AI providers results in a completely failed generation (e.g., a broken layout, a persistent error message, or a wholly blank image output) and a digital coin was improperly deducted from your balance, you may contact our support team within 7 days of the occurrence. In these verified cases of technical failure, our sole remedy and liability will be to manually credit the lost digital coin(s) back to your account balance. We will not issue a cash refund to your original payment method for the transaction.

3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

3.1. Dispute Resolution via Support

We are committed to resolving any billing issues fairly and efficiently. If you believe there has been an error in your billing, or if digital coins were not properly credited to your account after a successful payment, we require that you contact our support team first to seek a resolution.

3.2. Fraudulent Chargebacks

A "chargeback" occurs when you dispute a charge directly with your bank or credit card provider. Because our Service involves the immediate delivery of consumable digital goods, filing a chargeback for coins that have already been credited to your account (and especially those that have already been used to generate AI assets) is considered a violation of these Terms.

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your arabiclp.com account. Furthermore, any remaining digital coin balance will be forfeited, and you will lose access to all previously generated marketing assets, landing pages, and ad copies.

3.3. Paddle's Authority

Please be aware that Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record and handles all secure financial transactions. In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, Paddle's compliance and fraud prevention teams will review the transaction. Their decision regarding the validity of a dispute and the issuance of a forced refund is final and binding.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the criteria for a refund outlined in Section 1 (i.e., you are within 14 days of your purchase and have not consumed any digital coins from that specific transaction), please follow these steps to request a refund:

  1. Contact Support: Email our support team directly at the address provided below. Please include the email address associated with your arabiclp.com account.
  2. Provide Transaction Details: Include your Paddle transaction receipt number or order ID. This allows us to quickly verify your purchase and current coin balance.
  3. Wait for Review: Our team will review your account to ensure no coins from the disputed transaction have been used to generate landing pages, ad copies, or other assets. This process typically takes 1-3 business days.

If approved, we will instruct our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, to process the refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several additional business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds to your account.
