Landing Page Image Size: YouCan, Shopify, Salla, Zid

The landing page you add to a product description is one long image: a fixed width, and a height that grows with the number of sections. Get the size wrong and it looks blurry on phones, loads slowly, or gets rejected on upload.

The short answer:

  • Width: 1080 px.
  • Height: whatever the sections need. A five-section page is usually 7,500–10,000 px tall.
  • File size: always under 5 MB, ideally around 1 MB.
  • Format: JPG for designs with product photos and scenes.
  • Where: the product description, not the product image gallery.

Why 1080 px wide?

Most visitors arrive from an ad on their phone. Many phones today are 1080 to 1290 physical pixels wide, and budget phones are often 720. A 1080 px design looks sharp on most screens, scales down cleanly on smaller ones, and its Arabic text reads without zooming.

A wider image (say 2000 px) barely improves what a phone shows, but it multiplies the file size. A narrower one (say 600 px) makes small Arabic letters blurry, especially the dots.

How tall should it be?

There’s no “correct” height. It follows the content: each section (hero, problem, selling angle, benefits, offer) takes about one phone screen or more.

What matters is not cropping it. If your theme shows the description at a limited height or inside a tab, change the theme setting rather than cutting the design.

Each platform’s limits, from official sources

We checked the official help centers in November 2026. Limits can change; links are at the end.

Platform What the platform states Note
Shopify Uploaded files, including description images: up to 20 MB and 25 megapixels A 1080 × 9,600 page is about 10 megapixels, well under the limit
Salla Product images: PNG, JPEG, JPG, GIF, up to 5 MB, 10 images max No separate limit stated for description images, so stay under 5 MB
Zid PNG, JPEG, JPG, GIF, WebP up to 5 MB; recommends square images of about 1000 × 1000 for the gallery The detailed description accepts inserted images
YouCan Product images: “the size of the pictures should not exceed 800x800” That’s for the product gallery. We found no published limit for description images
Lightfunnels The Image element accepts uploads from your computer or an image URL No published size limit found
EasyOrders No official documentation on image limits found Stay under 5 MB to be safe

Most numbers above are about the product image gallery: the square photos at the top of the page and in product lists. Those images get cropped or shrunk to fit a square, so a long page uploaded there shows up as a thin strip nobody can read.

That’s why “YouCan landing page size” is confusing: YouCan’s 800 × 800 figure is for gallery photos. Your landing page goes in the description editor (or an Image element in a page builder, as in Lightfunnels). Keep normal product photos in the gallery.

File size: why 1 MB beats 5 MB

5 MB is what the platform accepts, not what suits your customer. An ad visitor may be on a weak mobile connection, and every extra megabyte means more seconds before they see the first section. Many leave before that.

  • Save the design as JPG at quality 80–90. The difference is barely visible, and the file is much smaller.
  • PNG suits simple graphics with few colors, but gets very heavy with product photos and scenes.
  • WebP is smaller than JPG, but not every platform says it accepts it (Salla doesn’t list it), so use JPG if unsure.

If the image is rejected or looks blurry

  1. Check the file size first. Over 5 MB? Re-save as JPG at a slightly lower quality.
  2. Split the page into two or three images of the same width and place them directly under each other in the description. Remove empty lines between them so no gaps appear.
  3. If it looks blurry after upload, the platform probably compressed it. Upload a smaller file to begin with instead of letting the platform compress it.
  4. Open the product page on your phone after every upload. What you see on a computer isn’t what your customer sees.

ArabicLP page sizes

Our pages are delivered 1080 px wide as JPG, with a height that depends on the sections. In our tests, a five-section page was 7,600–9,700 px tall and under 1 MB — within every platform limit in the table above.

Platform guides: Salla, YouCan, Shopify, Zid, EasyOrders, Lightfunnels.
